By creating a WapixCloud account or using the service, you accept these terms and the applicable policies and agreements. If acting for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.

The customer is responsible for account credentials and activity. The service must be used lawfully and in accordance with WhatsApp/Meta rules, recipient permissions and messaging laws.

• Do not send unsolicited, deceptive or unlawful messages
• Do not introduce malicious code, seek unauthorized access or disrupt the service
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy or personality rights

Plan scope, usage limits, billing interval, currency and taxes are shown during checkout. The applicable amount is confirmed before a paid period begins. Service may be restricted after late or failed payment.

WhatsApp, Meta, commerce, payment and other integrations are subject to third-party terms. WapixCloud is independent and does not control third-party outages or policy changes.

Rights in the WapixCloud software and brand are reserved. Customers retain rights in their content and grant the limited processing permission required to provide the service.

Access may be suspended for security risks, unlawful activity, payment issues or material breach. Subject to mandatory law, liability for indirect losses and third-party outages is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
