This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the WapixCloud website and services. Jet Dijital acts as controller for its own service operations. The roles that apply to customer-provided data are also governed by the service agreement and data processing terms.

We process information required to provide the service, secure accounts, handle billing and deliver support.

• Account and contact details
• Company, store and team membership information
• Session, security and audit logs
• Plan, invoice and payment transaction records; full card data is not stored
• Integration and messaging data submitted by the customer

We process data to enter into and perform contracts, comply with legal obligations, protect the service and pursue legitimate interests in operating and improving it. We rely on consent where required.

Data is shared only as necessary with infrastructure, payment, email, analytics and WhatsApp/Meta providers under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. We may also respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.

We retain data for the purpose of processing and applicable legal periods, then delete, anonymize or restrict it. We use reasonable controls including access restrictions, encryption, logging and backups.
