KVKK Information Notice

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Jet Dijital is the data controller for personal data processed in operating the WapixCloud service.

Identity, contact, customer transaction, financial, transaction security and usage information is processed to manage membership and contracts, provide the service, invoice, support users, protect security and comply with law.

Data is collected automatically or partly automatically through web forms, the workspace, support channels, payment providers and integrations. It may be transferred to competent public authorities and contracted providers where required for the service.

Article 11 rights include learning whether data is processed, requesting information, correction, deletion or destruction, notification to recipients, objecting to automated results and claiming compensation for unlawful processing.
